About Marc Corsini
I help CEOs, business owners, and senior executives become better leaders, build stronger organizations, and live more meaningful lives.
For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside business leaders facing the challenges that come with growth, responsibility, and success. While every engagement begins with a business opportunity or leadership challenge, the conversation often extends beyond strategy and performance. It also includes relationships, purpose, faith, personal growth, and the question every leader eventually faces:
What does success really look like?
My role is not to tell people what to do. It is to help them think more clearly, see their blind spots, challenge their assumptions, and make better decisions. Through executive coaching, consulting, and Vistage peer advisory groups, I create environments where leaders can have honest conversations, learn from one another, and grow both professionally and personally.
I believe leadership is an inside-out journey. Business success matters, but it becomes far more meaningful when it is aligned with what matters most in life. That belief inspired my 7 F’s of True Success framework and my four books on leadership, balance, and personal development.
Today, I serve as a Vistage Chair, leading CEO and Key Executive peer groups in Alabama while continuing to coach executives and business owners across a variety of industries. The greatest privilege of my work is watching leaders become not only more successful, but also more grounded, more self-aware, and more fulfilled.
As I enter what I call the Fourth Quarter of life, I find myself increasingly focused on significance over success, relationships over accomplishments, and impact over recognition. My goal is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves while living a life they are proud to call their own.
My wife Susan and I live in Birmingham, Alabama. We are blessed with three children, a growing circle of lifelong friendships, and opportunities to serve others through our faith and community.
Success is not just what you accomplish. It is who you become along the way.

The Authentic Selling Model
The more things change … the more you have to change with them. The selling profession is never, ever static—even, perhaps especially, during tough times. Successful selling has become harder—and not just because of the economy. In the past, people often went into a...
Lessons of Dad
My father celebrated his 90th birthday last week. That milestone was huge for our family, and, of course, I’m amazed and delighted to have had my dad in my life for all these years. He has taught me (and continues to teach me) so much over the years. Today, I’ll share...
A Golden Attitude
The Olympics have come and gone. During this once-every-four-years event, I watch sports that I know nothing about and see athletes whom, for the most part, I have never heard of before. But for those two event-filled weeks, I am hooked on the Olympics! Now that the...
t minus 168 days
We are, right now, 197 days into this year. That means T minus 168 days (and counting!) to reach the goals you set back in January. Believe me, T minus zero will be here before you know it. When it does, will you be out of time or will you have timed it just right?...
a culture of helping
Many of you liked our “Toilet Paper Syndrome” Point that we ran several weeks ago. We got a message from a long-time reader saying, “Best one yet!” Another reader said, “This hits home with a lot of struggles we have with people’s development in the work place.”...
Corsini’s Annual Vacation Do’s and Don’ts
Summer is here, and that means it’s time for my annual “Vacation Do’s and Don’ts.” Over the years, this piece about how to best spend your vacation has been one of my most popular—and controversial—Points. A couple of my clients have told me I’m absolutely wrong to...
