About Marc Corsini
I help CEOs, business owners, and senior executives become better leaders, build stronger organizations, and live more meaningful lives.
For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside business leaders facing the challenges that come with growth, responsibility, and success. While every engagement begins with a business opportunity or leadership challenge, the conversation often extends beyond strategy and performance. It also includes relationships, purpose, faith, personal growth, and the question every leader eventually faces:
What does success really look like?
My role is not to tell people what to do. It is to help them think more clearly, see their blind spots, challenge their assumptions, and make better decisions. Through executive coaching, consulting, and Vistage peer advisory groups, I create environments where leaders can have honest conversations, learn from one another, and grow both professionally and personally.
I believe leadership is an inside-out journey. Business success matters, but it becomes far more meaningful when it is aligned with what matters most in life. That belief inspired my 7 F’s of True Success framework and my four books on leadership, balance, and personal development.
Today, I serve as a Vistage Chair, leading CEO and Key Executive peer groups in Alabama while continuing to coach executives and business owners across a variety of industries. The greatest privilege of my work is watching leaders become not only more successful, but also more grounded, more self-aware, and more fulfilled.
As I enter what I call the Fourth Quarter of life, I find myself increasingly focused on significance over success, relationships over accomplishments, and impact over recognition. My goal is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves while living a life they are proud to call their own.
My wife Susan and I live in Birmingham, Alabama. We are blessed with three children, a growing circle of lifelong friendships, and opportunities to serve others through our faith and community.
Success is not just what you accomplish. It is who you become along the way.

Strength Training
A few months ago, after hearing a Vistage speaker emphasize the importance of maintaining strength as we age, I decided to do something I had been avoiding: I began strength training three days a week at our local Y. At first, I didn’t like it. I felt...

Slowing Down (Even When You Think You Can’t)
Part 2 of 2 I have been talking about the importance of margin—about how slowing down and creating space in your life is one of the secrets to success. But what if slowing down does not feel like an option? What if you are a working mom in your 40s...
Slow Down: The Value of Margin in a Successful Life
Part 1 of 2 Ask most people you know how they are doing, and you will hear some version of this: “Busy. A lot going on.” “Crazy. Just trying to keep up.” “Swamped. Running from one thing to the next.” Rarely—if ever—do you hear someone say: “Things are...
Still Talking to My Younger Self (About Stuff Outside the Office)
Part 2 of 2 Over the past few blogs, I have explored the idea of “enough”—when we have worked enough, achieved enough, and chased enough. But work is only one piece of a life well lived. The real question is not just, “Have I done enough?” but “Have I lived...
Talking to My Younger Self (from the Sunset Years of My Career)
Part 1 of 2 As I stand in the sunset of my career, reflecting on decades of work, ambition, and leadership, I find myself thinking about what I would tell my younger self—the eager, driven version of me in my 20s, 30s, and even 40s. In those years, I was...
