About Marc Corsini

I help CEOs, business owners, and senior executives become better leaders, build stronger organizations, and live more meaningful lives.

For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside business leaders facing the challenges that come with growth, responsibility, and success. While every engagement begins with a business opportunity or leadership challenge, the conversation often extends beyond strategy and performance. It also includes relationships, purpose, faith, personal growth, and the question every leader eventually faces:

What does success really look like?

My role is not to tell people what to do. It is to help them think more clearly, see their blind spots, challenge their assumptions, and make better decisions. Through executive coaching, consulting, and Vistage peer advisory groups, I create environments where leaders can have honest conversations, learn from one another, and grow both professionally and personally.

I believe leadership is an inside-out journey. Business success matters, but it becomes far more meaningful when it is aligned with what matters most in life. That belief inspired my 7 F’s of True Success framework and my four books on leadership, balance, and personal development.

Today, I serve as a Vistage Chair, leading CEO and Key Executive peer groups in Alabama while continuing to coach executives and business owners across a variety of industries. The greatest privilege of my work is watching leaders become not only more successful, but also more grounded, more self-aware, and more fulfilled.

As I enter what I call the Fourth Quarter of life, I find myself increasingly focused on significance over success, relationships over accomplishments, and impact over recognition. My goal is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves while living a life they are proud to call their own.

My wife Susan and I live in Birmingham, Alabama. We are blessed with three children, a growing circle of lifelong friendships, and opportunities to serve others through our faith and community.

Success is not just what you accomplish. It is who you become along the way.

mother’s day

This Sunday is Mother's Day, and I’d like to honor the moms we all know by talking about some of what makes them, each and every one, special. As a husband and father, the things I remember about our children are entirely different than those things my wife, the...

boulders, rocks & pebbles

Here’s what I’ve learned from working with new and semi-seasoned salespeople: Most struggle over where to spend their time and effort each day. Many are unsure about whether to go after the big deals, the mid-size opportunities or the small prospects. This quandary...

Since the Masters Tournament is in full swing this week, let’s talk golf. Specifically: golf as it relates to business, because I know of no other sport that is more similar to business. Golf is all about performing under pressure, and the same is true for leading a...

left-handed candy bars now on store shelves

The country’s major candy manufacturers have introduced left- and right-handed candy bars. For years, left-handed people have been opening candy bars at the wrong end, and as a result they are eating against the “chocolate flow” on the candy bars’ surfaces. This, of...

Let’s talk about getting your house in order. Right now is the perfect time for this conversation. That’s because this is a big week for Christians as well as for Jews. Passover, which commemorates the Israelites’ liberation from slavery and their exodus from Egypt,...

currency

Funny, isn’t it, how so many important conversations with our children happen in the car? The other day I was driving my oldest son, who is in the 10th grade, and we got into a conversation about currency. (To be honest, it was more of a dad-to-son coaching session.)...
