About Marc Corsini
I help CEOs, business owners, and senior executives become better leaders, build stronger organizations, and live more meaningful lives.
For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside business leaders facing the challenges that come with growth, responsibility, and success. While every engagement begins with a business opportunity or leadership challenge, the conversation often extends beyond strategy and performance. It also includes relationships, purpose, faith, personal growth, and the question every leader eventually faces:
What does success really look like?
My role is not to tell people what to do. It is to help them think more clearly, see their blind spots, challenge their assumptions, and make better decisions. Through executive coaching, consulting, and Vistage peer advisory groups, I create environments where leaders can have honest conversations, learn from one another, and grow both professionally and personally.
I believe leadership is an inside-out journey. Business success matters, but it becomes far more meaningful when it is aligned with what matters most in life. That belief inspired my 7 F’s of True Success framework and my four books on leadership, balance, and personal development.
Today, I serve as a Vistage Chair, leading CEO and Key Executive peer groups in Alabama while continuing to coach executives and business owners across a variety of industries. The greatest privilege of my work is watching leaders become not only more successful, but also more grounded, more self-aware, and more fulfilled.
As I enter what I call the Fourth Quarter of life, I find myself increasingly focused on significance over success, relationships over accomplishments, and impact over recognition. My goal is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves while living a life they are proud to call their own.
My wife Susan and I live in Birmingham, Alabama. We are blessed with three children, a growing circle of lifelong friendships, and opportunities to serve others through our faith and community.
Success is not just what you accomplish. It is who you become along the way.

fad diets
Americans do love their fad diets. Some that are currently trending include the Five-Bite Diet; the Paleo Diet; the Raw Food Diet; the Baby Food Diet; something called the Werewolf Diet (seriously); the 80-year-old Grapefruit Diet; and the grandfather of them all, the...
everyone’s a winner
In my last blog I talked about the positive or negative energy that people bring into a coaching session. There’s tremendous power in a “can-do” attitude, but a “can’t do” mindset is just as strong. Lots of people absolutely believe they can—and will—be successful,...
the power of the can and can’t do
As a business coach, I work with all kinds of people—executives, professionals and salespeople—some are incredibly successful while others struggle and underperform. When you coach successful people at the top of their game, it not only is an honor to work with them...
don’t be that person
Here’s a blog especially for management. Just about every company has one employee who is amazingly difficult. He or she might be a bully or a prima donna or even a narcissistic jerk. These people generally are very good at what they do. But while doing their jobs...
selling past the dip
A few weeks ago, we talked about something called “The Dip.” The term comes from Seth Godin’s worthwhile book, The Dip: A Little Book That Teaches You When to Quit (and When to Stick). Go to Corsini's "The Dip" blog to read more. In a nutshell, “the Dip” is a setback...
