About Marc Corsini

I help CEOs, business owners, and senior executives become better leaders, build stronger organizations, and live more meaningful lives.

For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside business leaders facing the challenges that come with growth, responsibility, and success. While every engagement begins with a business opportunity or leadership challenge, the conversation often extends beyond strategy and performance. It also includes relationships, purpose, faith, personal growth, and the question every leader eventually faces:

What does success really look like?

My role is not to tell people what to do. It is to help them think more clearly, see their blind spots, challenge their assumptions, and make better decisions. Through executive coaching, consulting, and Vistage peer advisory groups, I create environments where leaders can have honest conversations, learn from one another, and grow both professionally and personally.

I believe leadership is an inside-out journey. Business success matters, but it becomes far more meaningful when it is aligned with what matters most in life. That belief inspired my 7 F’s of True Success framework and my four books on leadership, balance, and personal development.

Today, I serve as a Vistage Chair, leading CEO and Key Executive peer groups in Alabama while continuing to coach executives and business owners across a variety of industries. The greatest privilege of my work is watching leaders become not only more successful, but also more grounded, more self-aware, and more fulfilled.

As I enter what I call the Fourth Quarter of life, I find myself increasingly focused on significance over success, relationships over accomplishments, and impact over recognition. My goal is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves while living a life they are proud to call their own.

My wife Susan and I live in Birmingham, Alabama. We are blessed with three children, a growing circle of lifelong friendships, and opportunities to serve others through our faith and community.

Success is not just what you accomplish. It is who you become along the way.

Valentine’s Day Is About Love

Valentine’s Day and Love Years ago, my brother and I were talking about somebody and whether I liked that person or not. I said to my brother, “I like people who like me.” He just laughed. Over the years, whenever this came up, he would remind me: “Oh yeah, Brother,...

Be Good and Get Better with Good Habits

As a young man, Saint Augustine said, “Oh, Lord, help me to be pure, but not yet.” I think that’s how many of us often feel about self-improvement. We want to be a better person, a better leader, a more critical thinker. We intend to plan more, read more and save...
