About Marc Corsini

I help CEOs, business owners, and senior executives become better leaders, build stronger organizations, and live more meaningful lives.

For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside business leaders facing the challenges that come with growth, responsibility, and success. While every engagement begins with a business opportunity or leadership challenge, the conversation often extends beyond strategy and performance. It also includes relationships, purpose, faith, personal growth, and the question every leader eventually faces:

What does success really look like?

My role is not to tell people what to do. It is to help them think more clearly, see their blind spots, challenge their assumptions, and make better decisions. Through executive coaching, consulting, and Vistage peer advisory groups, I create environments where leaders can have honest conversations, learn from one another, and grow both professionally and personally.

I believe leadership is an inside-out journey. Business success matters, but it becomes far more meaningful when it is aligned with what matters most in life. That belief inspired my 7 F’s of True Success framework and my four books on leadership, balance, and personal development.

Today, I serve as a Vistage Chair, leading CEO and Key Executive peer groups in Alabama while continuing to coach executives and business owners across a variety of industries. The greatest privilege of my work is watching leaders become not only more successful, but also more grounded, more self-aware, and more fulfilled.

As I enter what I call the Fourth Quarter of life, I find myself increasingly focused on significance over success, relationships over accomplishments, and impact over recognition. My goal is simple: to help people become the best version of themselves while living a life they are proud to call their own.

My wife Susan and I live in Birmingham, Alabama. We are blessed with three children, a growing circle of lifelong friendships, and opportunities to serve others through our faith and community.

Success is not just what you accomplish. It is who you become along the way.

Overachieving Without Overdoing It

Part 2 of 2 So, in my last blog post, I talked about how most overachievers have something difficult, something challenging in their pasts that spurs them to overachieve. For some people, overachieving is the mind’s way of moving past the past. For others, their...

The Challenges of Overachievers

Part 1 of 2 Let’s talk today about overachievers and their challenges. Not the challenges they face each day as they meet and exceed expectations and goals (they are overachievers, after all). But instead, I’m talking about the challenges that make these people into...

Getting in Touch

After a recent mass at our church, our pastor made this announcement: “If anyone’s trying to communicate with the church by going to the church’s website, the link to email the church is not working.” The pastor gave us his email address and suggested that if any of...

Twenty Feet from Stardom

At one time or another in our careers, we’ve all probably said to ourselves, “If I were in charge, I would handle things differently. I would start focusing on X and stop focusing on Y. I would close a division or let someone go or communicate more effectively or set...

A Father’s Letter to His Sons

With Father’s Day coming up, I decided to write a letter to my sons about how to play the “man game.” I call it the “man game,” but, really, being the best man you can possibly be is serious business. I wanted to write down my advice right now in case God pulls my...
